Rose is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), dually certified in both psychiatry and family medicine. With over 12 years of experience in diverse medical, psychiatric, and addiction settings, Rose is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan.
Her educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, followed by a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from South University. She further specialized in mental health by earning a Post-Master’s certification in Psychiatry (PMHNP) from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania. This extensive academic background has equipped her to proficiently diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, substance use disorder, schizophrenia, and more.
Rose’s career has spanned multiple facets of mental health care, including inpatient crisis units, substance use detox programs, residential treatment centers, and community outpatient care. She has found particular fulfillment working in community mental health settings, serving both adults and children in inpatient and outpatient environments. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes active collaboration with clients, inviting them to participate in decision-making and empowering them on their journey to wellness.
